The content is structured in the same style and format that existing users of SpecPack Pty Ltd are familiar with, but now on a cloud-based platform. The first content set from SpecPack Pty Ltd available in NBS Chorus was SpeedSpec. SpecPack is designed for large commercial and industrial projects and provides sufficient detail to emphasise quality control. Trade sections are between 3 – 5 pages long in most cases. Enhanced by the simple, CSI-based structure, SpecPack provides a simply navigated package as all trade sections have the same parts and clauses and key, relevant data. It is suitable for projects around $5 million and beyond.
