NBS Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd adds to its growing specification content database with the signing of a heads of agreement for the acquisition of architectural specification template provider, SpecPack.
It is expected that completion of the sale will occur by the end of March 2021. Following the acquisition, SpecPack specification templates will become available in NBS Chorus, alongside Uniclass 2015 structured content, commencing in Autumn 2021 with SpeedSpec – an ideal product for a range of projects, including single, high level housing, multiple residential and light commercial.

There’s huge demand on the construction industry as the world’s population continues to rise, and with that comes a need to ensure quality control and accuracy in design and specification, through to construction and building maintenance.”
